Products purchased from The Junktion (Pty) Ltd must be returned to a Junktion store for assessment.

Products will only qualify for return if they are defective, faulty or not fit for their intended purpose in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Items correctly supplied according to customer request or purchased via self‑service selection may not qualify for refund unless defective.

Returned items must be in their original condition and include all packaging, manuals and accessories.

A handling fee of up to 15% may apply if returned items are not in their original condition.

All returned items will be inspected by technicians before any refund, repair or replacement is approved.

Certain products may need to be sent to the supplier for technical testing before a return can be approved.
