All new hardware purchased from The Junktion (Pty) Ltd carries a 12‑month carry‑in warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for delivering warranty items to and collecting them from a Junktion store.

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act:

If a product becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase, the customer may request a repair, replacement or refund.

After the initial 6‑month period, and for the remainder of the warranty period, the supplier or manufacturer may elect to repair or replace the product.

A refund will only be issued if repair or replacement is not possible.

Supplier warranty processing may take up to 21 working days.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty will be void if products have been damaged due to:

• negligence or misuse
• power surges or lightning
• liquid damage
• incorrect installation by third parties
• modification or tampering
• removal or alteration of serial numbers
• operating outside manufacturer specifications

The Junktion (Pty) Ltd does not accept liability for accessories or additional items submitted with warranty goods such as cables, bags, cartridges or manuals.
